There's 1 other factor you omitted:raid makeup.
Depending on raid composition, you can theoretically be getting ALL the
boosts that affect your DPS, especially if it's a 25 man. If you're a caster
for example, and you have somewhere in your group a pally or druid, an
arcane mage or BM hunter, a lock specced into Shadow and Flame, and an ele
shaman, you'll have:
BoK/MotW(5% more int=more SP and spell crit=more damage)
Totemic Wrath(10% more SP=more damage)
Curse of the Elements(8% more spell damage)
Shadow and Flame(5% increased spell crit=more damage)
Arcane Tactics/Ferocious Inspiration(3% more damage)
Wrath of Air Totem(5% spell haste=more damage)
Elemental Oath(5% more crit=more damage)
Also, the warlock can possibly give you 3% spell haste and dot damage boost
via Dark Intent, if you're the raid member who gains the most benefit from
it(or if you're the warlock). Likewise, if you're not the arcane mage, you
could possibly be given Focus Magic for another 3% crit boost. If the mage
wasn't arcane and you didn't have a BM hunter, you could still get the 3%
damage buff from the pally provided he was ret. Plus of course, with a
shaman/mage in your group, you'd have Bloodlust/Heroism to boost your damage
way up for a time as well.
