Most people like Affliction for Battlegrounds as its ability to multi-DoT is the best. You can set up 4 or 5 DoTs per enemy and spread around the damage, as well as being a decent mobile spec. However, I would suggest you play whatever you are most comfortable with because in the long run, you need to adapt to a changing environment and different situations quickly. Already knowing a certain spec and being comfortable with it allows you to focus on the variables and makes many decisions more of a instinctual reaction since as opposed to thinking "Okay, what's the best thing to do now with this spec since X occurred." As opposed to just knowing what what abilities you have at your disposal.
A major tip for playing in battlegrounds for warlocks (or any cloth wearer really) is to stick with other people - staying in a group prolongs your life. Unless you have good PVP gear, you can be killed really fast - before you get a chance to really react in some cases (like when a rogue saps you all alone in the middle of no where ;)
