| I've had bad experiences in dungeons too...Im to the point we're I dont pug...I can hold my own but the aggravation of it all just doesnt make it worth it. If I see one more healer left at the mercy of the mob b/c some hotshot pally tank is racing ahead, bragging about his numbers and insulting the rest of the group, Im just going to log off the game and run down the street screaming. Nope, better to stay away, I'll run with trusted guildies only... -------Original Message------- thats why guild runs are fun,no pressure all about good fun... if something comes up you and all it takes is a hey mind if i need on this? even in PUG's they usually will say go ahead if you ask... thats been my experiance anyway From: Kristine Peterson <blackwaterraiders@yahoo.com> To: "World_of_Warcraft_List@yahoogroups.com" <World_of_Warcraft_List@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Friday, June 8, 2012 10:20 AM Subject: Re: [World_of_Warcraft_List] Re: New toon My first experiences in a dungeon were so humiliating that I tried to play the game without doing them! My daughter stopped playing altogether and refuses to come back. No matter what class I am I try to keep my dps high on my hand weapons. I don't care what class you are there are times you need those weapons to be really good. When I roll need on those things there is a lot of times that someone objects and even though I offer to give it to them they just kick me. I look at it this way; oh well I got what I wanted and I can come back and do the dungeon with someone else. lol When we do dungeons together if I take something you want please let me know and I will give it to you. Especially the last part of your post. We need a MATURITY level requirement because it is not always chronological age that dictates your maturity level. I know some 12 year olds who have displayed more patience and respect than folk even MY age! Shane/Alastair That's what I was going to say ;-) I learned to heal with Healbot and love it - it's pretty straightforward - bind your heals to the mouse buttons with Healbot's relatively simple interface and just click away on the party member names in the HUD to heal. It helps to have a group that's understanding and patient, however - a group of friends is best. I remember the first time I healed a dungeon - Stockades... with a PUG from the dungeon finder. Ugh, makes me wish they had an age requirement to join groups in dungeons, or perhaps a maturity level requirement, lol. --- In World_of_Warcraft_List@yahoogroups.com, Maribeth Schneider <marribeth@...> wrote: > > It's fun with Healbot :) > > Maribeth > > On Fri, Jun 8, 2012 at 12:19 AM, Dave B <k7prz@...> : > > > ** > > > > > > I need to do that too---I have no idea how to heal in a dungeon.
