I bought star wars and enjoyed it somewhat. My son played it with me some. I really liked the different characters but it aggravated me that the companions were bigger than my toon and they really got in my way a lot. I dropped it because I couldn't afford both and I really really like WoW. Sometime I may reactivate my account.
Rift I didn't really like because of the rifts. lol I want to be able to choose when to fight not just get thrown in.

Thanks Kristine, I suppose pariah is a bit of a harsh term... I agree that the diversity of playstyles and opinions is what makes WoW such a unique experience. I played RIFT for a while but never really got into it - especially to the point where one could have some fun with the talent trees. I really liked the outdoor events though, it was fun that you could jump right in to an event right away, even at lower levels - made me feel more involved with what was going on in the bigger picture.
Never played Star Wars other than one BETA weekend - seemed too disjointed for me when I played it so I never played more than that one time.

Does anyone play Star Wars? That is more complicated than WoW I think and so is Rift. Maybe those would be more of a challenge for the ones that don't like the WoW changes. lol I like the game mostly for the social aspects. And hey no one is a pariah for having their own opinion and ways of thinking. I hope we are all more open minded than that!
