Hehee we in Trimaris went through the SAME argument when we had to remind folk that we own Antarctica. There is a clause somewhere stating this but it escapes me.
The Kennedy Space Center has it's own zip code so I imagine that would put the ISS in Trimaris.
Q. What address can I use for the Kennedy Space Center?
A. The Kennedy Space Center itself does not actually have a physical address because it is comprised of many facilities spread out over 144,000 acres. It does have its own postal zip code of 32899. The Visitor Complex is located off State Road 405 on Kennedy Space Center property. There are directions to Kennedy Space Center and the Visitor's Complex listed at the Web site below:
Another argument could be to find the Kingdom that the ISS has the most part of its' orbit over and check those zip codes.
YEAH everyone - I am bored today :)

You can claim anything... but being able to back it up is another matter entirely.
Things can also be lost, through not continuing to actively hold them. So even
that which was claimed before can be claimed by another if not actively defended.
How long does any one person stay on the space station? Oh and leaving the flag
behind doesn't hold it, flags can be changed with ease if one is present to do so.
I never believe claims that say someone somewhere in the sca claimed something in space.
I mean really people... you might as well be walking on the sun...

With all due respect, the "claiming' of property that is rightfully owned by the Kindgom of Antseorra would an aggressive act of war. The Honorable Don Shamino (aka Richard Garriot) of the Barony of Bryn Gwlad (Austin, Texas) laid first claim to that property 4 years ago in 2008.

He personally has recorded proof (photos which are being retrieved as we speak) of this claim within his personal manor in Bryn Gwlad.
