Huh. When my warrior, also in Arms, also with around 17k life, went to
Hyjal, he didn't have anywhere near the experience you describe, he still
ripped through mobs. It wasn't 2 shotting them anymore, but he wasn't
getting beat up either, and 2 mobs weren't much of an issue either. He was
the last toon I leveled to 80 before Cata dropped, so he had a lot of quest
gear, a Titansteel Destroyer he'd picked up off the AH near the end of
Wrath(which was replaced by like, the 2nd quest in Hyjal), a PvP trinket
from Wintergrasp, and a PvP cloak and amulet, so it's not like he was decked
out in ICC gear either.
Now, I agree, I certainly wouldn't wanna take a healer spec questing in
Cata though.
