What do engineers make that have propellors and a baloon? Unless my eyesight is really bad, their copters don't have balloons. Sounds more like he's referring to the Horde blimps but I'm not sure they travel in flying territories.
Maybe the Horde ship above Icecrown? I can't remember if that has a balloon either.
