If you use a mac the video capture is built into the program , if you use a pc you need a program like FRAPS to capture. AFter that its a matter of  turning it on when you are doing something you want captured or after you assemble a group to do something. Take that and run it through a video editor program , add music and you are good to go

Richard Mitchell on this list would be a great teacher but for starting out - you can use Windows MovieMaker and put some of your wow screenshots in and add music.

Here is my fave -  many of the folks here on this list are in this video and will remember TCY  on Terokkar when we had the best GL, Bill  - on this list.    I stil thank Richard on this list for the great work he did on this and many other videos :)
