One thing to add and I am sure I don't really need to but don't want to assume -- work together - if you see someone needs improvement in an area, advise them politely. :)

Also need before greed too - if there is a toon in group that needs the item, need :) If it is for an alt but a toon in group needs it more, the toon in group wins it. Alts are last resort ok? does this sound fair?
