I tried to go to that area but could not find it. It appears in Arathi Highlands but when I flew toward that area, I would be in Silverpine Forest. Not sure what I was doing wrong? I was on a level 85 lock.
It is a bit of a grind to get it.. I got bored but it is a cute pet.
