It's a lot of fun, but I would recommend being of a high enough level to fly to get there, unless you are Horde. There is no danger to you with the quests, you simply play and either win or lose. It's Plants Vs Zombies. I found the strategies in the comments on Wowhead to be ideal for winning.
And the Singing Sunflower is far too much fun. =)
