So far I do plan to stay combat as I want to get her to ICC, dungeons. I am not a pvp person.
What weps should I have?

the First one will tell you stack Attack power
another will tell you to stack Agility until you get your t9 armor then
stack Armor Pen
Right now at your level I would stack agility that will also increase
your attack power .
Are you sticking with combat spec? if so after you get your T9 gear and
start replacing it go to Armor Pen gems
My rogue is just ICC rady and pulling 5k DPS on the bosses in
there...and I am not even fully Re gemmed yet
