World of Warcraft: RE: [World_of_Warcraft_List] I found this interesting change in WoW Cataclysm!

That's my biggest issue with Warhammer Online - it streams in the background and the lag is annoying. Even though I have fast connection it's almost constant.

Warcraft can do this now if you turn on in the Blizzard Downloader the "background download" function. The problem is that unless you have a 5mbps or faster connection it makes the latency for game play horrendous… I tried it and would rather run the patch download when I'm not playing.
