It isn't that useful if it gets you banned for violating the ToS. Also, the original owner could take the account back at any time so you could put a lot of time into this account only to lose it. Just a bad idea.
Do we know for sure that these are arccount that the owners want given away or are these accounts that were hacked?

1) this is no SPAM. I would name it sharing.
2) It is actually FREE. You need a survey for that but still this will cost nothing.
3) The captcha is really what it says: a jpg + a txt file. No keylogger at all.
I only agree on that it's against ToS but as I said, it is useful if you need a second account for some reason.

Don't sweat it Jen. I do not subscribe to Blizzards policies as I mentioned earlier so the posts were fine by me.

I haven't though about this Brian, thanks for giving a different perspective.
And no, I have no idea on whether they're hacked or given away.

Re: [World_of_Warcraft_List] Re: WoW account giveaway
Actually I was not wrong in anything Jen. I merely stated below that I have always maintained a healthy distrust in *anything* in life that is touted as *free*. Nor am I criticizing you or anyone else about Blizzard and their practices. Until and unless I start getting a paycheck from Blizzard this list does not follow their rules so don't sweat it. I have played on "free" servers myself in the past because I am a poor military pensioner and very often the subscription fees are a quite prohibitive.
Soooo I say to you. Thank you for the tip! :)
Happy Holidays
